Language Instruction for Limited English Proficient (LEP) and Immigrant Students Welcome to the Bilingual Education/Title III Web Site! The purpose of Title III is to ensure that limited English proficient (LEP) students and immigrant children and youth meet the same challenging state academic content and student academic achievement standards as all other children. This Web site is designed to provide guidance to Oklahoma schools in meeting the requirements of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001.
